Were here.....
Hello all we arrived in London at 9:50 this morning, had a great flight from Calgary no body searches...a bit disappointed Ha! Hardly slept at all on the plane maybe two hours total, we had a good meal washed down with some nice red wine and I watched two good movies ...Trish and her darling son Sam were there waiting for us we stopped for a fantastic take away coffee, it was made fresh and they put cream in it ...I drink black coffee but could be a convert after that one delish ...when we got to the house we met Sam the other darling son, we have yet to meet hubby!!Alan ...We Trish, Sam, Rod and I all went for a nice walk in the Nature Reserve just out the back door. We toured a small country house, in a area where at one time there were over 130 of these little homes where family's from London could buy a lot for 5 pounds and then they would build a summer home so they could get away from the air raids in London during war. The nice man that was there was very informative. Then we went shopping to the Tesco store and I wanted to buy everything there mmmm! It all looked yummy! The weather here is amazing record highs it is hotter here then the Mediterranean . Tomorrow we are going to London in the morning first stop London Eye OOOOH! EEEEE! I am frightened but go anyway...then the tower of London, then a bag lunch, then the Open top double decker bus to tour around London. Love Trish and Family what a great bunch they are ..Young Sam 12 is making us supper what a guy..

well it sounds like Trish and family have welcomed you both royally! I'm glad you landed safely. I ws chatting with Chris, Fiona and Gail for a bit tonight. Connection wasn't the best, but still okay. Beautiful here today, sunshine..almost spring-like..haha JOX

Pat, I salute you for taking time from your fantastic holiday to share with us what sights sounds and tastes you are experiencing. I'm so glad that you're getting to spend time with Trish too. Say hi to her for me.
